We accept return requests for all eligible products within 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return and full refund, items must meet the following requirements:

- All included accessories, manuals, and parts are complete and undamaged
- For hygiene-sensitive products (including replacement tips, brush heads, and sealed oral care parts), returns are only accepted if the original seal is unbroken and the product remains unopened, in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Returns are initiated within the 60-day window from delivery confirmation
Return Request Process

Refund Processing & Currency Rules

All refunds are processed and settled exclusively in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of the currency used for payment at checkout. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and bank’s internal processing timelines, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Fees for Returns
- If your return is due to our error (including wrong items shipped, defective products, or missing parts upon delivery), we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
- If your return is initiated for personal reasons (including but not limited to changed mind, incorrect item ordered, or product no longer needed), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Our original free worldwide shipping offer for the initial order is non-refundable in such cases.
